When do you plan to Convert to Christanity?

I dunno, these guys are really selling me on the whole conversion thing. When I grow up, I want to be exactly like that.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Well, you know, I know truth isn't everyone's prerogative, but this particular thread here asked me when I was going to convert to christianity, and I want to know the reasoning for why I would ever do that so that I can make a rational decision as to whether or not I should do so.
Not that expect to get the answer to life, the universe, and everything off of an internet forum, but one or two tid-bits of information was the whole reason I came here. A clue, a lead, a new idea. Seemed like the place to find something like that.
I know what you mean. After all, this is probably the most important decision anyone can make in their life, the disposition of one's eternal soul and all that. Yet the most compelling arguments in favour of it range from "look at the trees - can't explain that" to "join us or burn". Anyone aged over three need not apply, apparently.

Well, even if god was just like some aspiring artist, and we were just like a sculpture that he'd moved passed or something and so no longer pays attention to us, I'd like to know that. If god were that young girl in the brown dress in my fireplace, I'd like to know if that's true, you know? If there really is a monster made of spaghetti that lives on Mars, that would be hysterical and well as true if it was real, and I would totally like to know about it.

There may be a monster made of spaghetti. But you have to accept the meatballs, eat of the meatballs and drink of the sauce or you do not get desert... .
