...and I don't think we should even concede that point. Oral sex and frotting work just fine for male/male couples, thank you very much. Even anal sex works with lubricant. As women approach old age, I've heard they may need lubricant if they remain sexually active, so there you go. (disclaimer: citation needed on that last point, just to show you I'm fair ).

There are no sides, only divisions invented by otherwise identical people over a change in perception. Leftists and rightists and inbetweenists... none of them are necessarily any 'better' than the others, there are wise right-wing people... and ridiculous left-wingers, and absolutely fucking insane centrists. There is nothing about being in any of these groups that suddenly makes those within the group become 'reasonable'.

I offered specific examples where conservatives are science deniers. When discussing global warming or evolution, conservative Christians are fond of indulging in conspiracy theories. They trust science to fly them in planes, cure their diseases and power their computers but when it tells them what they don't want to hear, suddenly the science of climatology has been taken over by conspirators or an atheist cabal has subverted the process of peer review on evolution or the gay bullies have forced psychologists to give them the green light.

Now you offer me an example of liberals doing the same thing or drop the glib "well, both sides do it".

Gay activists and wealthy supporters also used their money to lobby political favor and to support candidates who were sympathetic to them. Homosexuality was removed from the DSM list through intimidation and political pressure, not because it was normal behavior.

I know this all too well. My lower back has been a cause of sporadic pain since I turned 40, what with my entire upper body supported by a single column of bone. And I'm a fit guy. I regret my lifestyle choice of walking upright all my life.
