I'd probably post an image of a galaxy on facebook with the tagline, "God, proved. Is there anything that science can't do?"
By the way, what's in it for me?
Let's say that science proves that God exists

What will happen to the people on earth?
-They would all "convert" to the chosen religion (obviously) What religion would they cling to? -Rastafarian Would there be world peace? -You wish, maybe if we would all be high it could. At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

If god was proven retrospectively then im sure all religions would follow that god, most people apart from maybe the insane or retarded would be pretty good people since you cant fool god and he can read your mind, it really depends on which god is found, mainly the gods of peoples imaginations so far have all chosen a specific tribe of people then told them go and massacre other more evil people, so if this god is in charge then there would probably be no world peace
If there was a god that was proven to exist just now then it would depend on which god was revealed how much was revealed and so on, and i cant think of a possible way in which god could be proven to exist, anything a god could do i could just say it was a very powerful telepathic alien, i could just say it was satan pretending to be god and so on. But yeh if he was proven to exist and he was peaceful im sure there would be world peace, if he existed and he was sadistic im sure there would be wars and people would continue to hate each other maybe just a little bit more so. It really depends what god said or looked like, if he came down and said "oh you cheeky little muslims with your muhammed, that guy was just a con man" im sure a lot of them would say it wasnt god talking it was satan, but i dont know, it would be pretty interesting to see their reaction. Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them. Impersonation is treason. RE: Let's say that science proves that God exists

Just think of the number of people who would feel that they now had a reason to listen to the voices in their head, or the feelings in their heart. Religion would suddenly become truly legitimate and a million new religions would blossom overnight, each with a unique vision of "what God wants them to do." It would be a nightmare. Rather than restraining people, it would let loose the monsters of the id with a renewed mandate from heaven. People imagine that God wants them to do and believe the most absurd shit on the most insubstantial evidence now; what won't they believe if there's a gold standard backing their confirmation bias? (On the other hand, the religious would suddenly become much easier to manipulate to whatever end that you might have in mind. ["It says in the bible to give away all your money. See! Lemme help you with that..."])
I guess it all depends on what god says when he proves himself as to what peoples reaction would be,

Nothing more, nothing less... Going by that it's science which proves there's a creator God. God isn't going to say anything.
