Refuting Creationist Claims - Part 1: Noah's Ark

RE: Refuting Creationist Claims - Part 1: Noah's Ark
An even more honest possibility would be "we don't know". That way at least we don't close the door on possible avenues of investigation which may be valid.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Agreed. I'm always open to the idea that I'm wrong. We won't know for sure in this day and age, otherwise the evidence for/against would have been screamed from the rooftops by now.

The thing that makes me giggle is the fact that these people think that every animal in the world lived within walking distance of Noah's house!
The meek shall inherit the Earth, the rest of us will fly to the stars.

Never underestimate the power of very stupid people in large groups

Arguing with an engineer is like wrestling with a pig in mud ..... after a while you realise that the pig likes it!

And then made their way from central Turkey to everywhere we find them today, without leaving any trace whatsoever of their journey and without species of similar habitats all congregating in the same, nearer, ones. Not to mention that it must have been hell for, say, koalas, having to travel all the way to Australia on their little legs before they got to eat their particular specialist brands of eucalyptus to be found there. It's almost as though the poor sods have been there all along, isn't it?

There is no dealing with fools like that.

What, you don't take on liquids at all? Not even water? Get in touch with James Randi; you could win a fortune!

With this physical impossibility, what do you have to say now, creationists?

Obviously.
