I had a turkey Tom at Jimmy John's while I was out. (Turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers & mayo on white.) Now that I'm home, I'm munching on sushi and hot giardiniera, and brewing up some tea. (Silver needles white tea. I stopped at my favorite tea shop this evening and resupplied. Brandy oolong, milk oolong, iron silk pu-erh, and the white. I also nabbed some peppermint tea at the grocer, along with several cheeses.)
I'm making fried chickpea and arugula pita sandwiches with lime tzatziki tonight.
Because fuck it, I don't feel like doing more than 15 minutes of work.
Just cooked two burgers.

Speaking of chickpeas, I don't suppose you have a good Hummus recipe? Tired of spending so much for it here in the asscrack of America.

Fat Tire Amber Ale, Rye toast with Extra Sharp Cheddar and a smear of Marmite.

I generally buy my hummus from one of the local hippie stores and it's not THAT much. I suppose if I were going to make it, it'd probably be a recipe from Cooking Light, which has been supplying me with a steady stream of recipes that the man approves of very much.
