Uh.. How about the placenta, umbilical chord and uterus? Without those the fetus would not be able to continue to grow.

Even *if* it is someone else's body (and not a parasitic nonperson protohuman organ system), if it's there against your will: it is trespassing. Removing it from your property is not murder, even if its only method of survival was by leeching off of you.
Next thing you know, they'll be passing legislation so that I can't eject the homeless from my house. That's about the time when I'll start murdering people.
