Given that it's Tax Day here in America, I can't help but speculate that homegrown right wing terrorists resorting to "second amendment remedies" are behind this.

So there's still no reports of it actually being bombs? Is it crazy of me to still hold out hope that it was a gas explosion or something other than terrorists?

I shared that hope at first. A few details made it too much of a coincidence:

1. Two of them
2. Happened at the Boston Marathon
3. Happened at the finish line
4. Happened on Tax Day

A friend told me that they heard on NPR that two additional explosive devices were found. As with all news reports, I treat that with a healthy dose of skepticism.

ETA: it may have been a news outlet other than NPR.
