Prove it then big boy. The religious have already handled that - for centuries. This communal ad naus the godly are so fond of is irritating and pointless. If someone went door-to-fucking-door "proving" some claim that ran counter to any groups religious faith...by the time you finished up with the last guy the first guy would demand that you "prove" it again. Hell, you probably wouldn't make it passed the first house.
In any case, you're already on-board with this position. I doubt you'd contest that any religion other than your own is anything other than useless, and harmful. So you have a favorite, and it gets a pass.

Science doesn't have to concern itself with whatever your favorite bedtime story may be. Feel free to engineer any claim you'd like to make to be as vaporous and empty as the god claim itself. If you spent your entire life trying to peddle off fairy tales I doubt that it would register as a blip on the radar. Who cares what you have to say about a thing which you cannot produce?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. What you are saying is that if someone murdered your entire family you would be ok with it, it would be within the murderers own justifiable morals right.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

What if someone did it to you and said that God told them to do it, or they justified it with some Bible verses?

That would be too cliche.

I would do everything I could to see that they were jailed or put to death.

You lack the compassion to be called human, I guess in your case evolution from some ape applies.

The opposite is true. I'm human enough to find the attrocities of the Bible to be dispicable.
But, you go ahead advocating genocide, slavery, bigotry, rape, molestation, and hate crimes while judging others to be inhuman and primitive.
