RE: Your gaming achievements
Uh... once I beat my dad's highest Tetris score. He's like a damn genius or something (but would never admit it), so it was a pretty big deal.

Oh wait...that's not what you were referring to...
Even if the open windows of science at first make us shiver after the cozy indoor warmth of traditional humanizing myths, in the end the fresh air brings vigor, and the great spaces have a splendor of their own - Bertrand Russell

Yeah! So rare to find someone else who played it. IMHO, the Multiplayer on that game was probably one of the best out there, ignoring the GFX, the actual gameplay and blend of tactics, especially in clan wars, was fantastic.

Well, to be honest I'm pretty proud of my achievements, I like looking at my platinumed games from time to time anyway. I just know that in comparison to other people I don't actually have that many trophies (even though I've still got 1102 of them). I like to get 100% on games I actually think a lot of, rather than games that are easily done to 100%. I've just got done with my first playthrough of Mass Effect (only just released on ps3), and now I'm going through ME2 again with a paragon 'canonical' commander Shepard, once I've blitzed through ME2 I'll be onto ME3 and looking at the remaining trophies I should easily get my fifth platinum Big Grin

But essentially, I enjoy completing games that I like, rather than completing other games just for the sake of having the 'gamerscore' like I know a few other of my friends do.

Achievements? I built a dirt house.

RE: Your gaming achievements
I used to be very very good at COD WaW.
It was the only game I ever played, it basically only came out of the console for any long period of time when i played metal gear solid but apart from that it pretty much stayed in the playstation for the entire length of time I had the playstation.

A lot of the times I could prevent full teams of people from capturing the flag on that game, and I would often get messages either telling me how good I was or insulting my mother and calling me a camper and so on, which means I must be good if I annoyed people that much.

I can't remember much about it though unfortunately other than that due to my experience of the game I was very good at it, I stopped playing when the cheaters began, and people started flying through the air or becoming invincible.

Also among my friends I pretty much spoiled the game of command and conquer for us, because when we played competitively against one another everyone used to just have fun with it and build up a good looking military base with defense, but when I started I would just be in it purely for the win and concentrate on mass producing so many tanks and generating money that I basically couldn't be stopped

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

Impersonation is treason.

Nothing says good job like a hate message.

Yeah, almost breaks my heart a little when I go on it only to find 'hackers' in every game.
