Interesting: I went to the page you linked, read down to the "origins of the first cell" section, and the word "accident" isn't used even once. There are, in fact, a number of hypotheses regarding the causes for the first cell, some with experimental data to back them up, but no recourse to accidents...

In this case, YES
It will be circular logic for the first cell to come by a coincidence
As the minimum system required must pre exist and coordinate before existence.
