Yes. The mix of salt water and fresh water would kill every fish designed to live in either environment.

Not to mention all the silt and everything that would get churned up into the water would kill most fish anyway. Also not to mention that if enough rain fell in 40 days to flood the entire world, enough water would be coming down so hard that everything would likely be destroyed, even the ark.
Christian apologetics is the art of rolling a dog turd in sugar and selling it as a donut.

So, what was it about the Flood that made plants magically start needing water to sustain themselves, as it did not rain before the Flood happened?

I bet you just don't understand "miracles," D-P.

This 'truth' is actually so retarded I'm posting it on my meme page.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!

Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.

Dead wrong.  The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.

Quote:Some people deserve hell.

I say again:  No exceptions.  Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it.  As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

So, what does the Bible have to say about the Higgs field? Or why there are multiple generations of subatomic particles with increasing masses? Is it too much to ask for this information to be made known BEFORE science figures it out?

Yes. How are they supposed to use confirmation bias to selectively cherry pick and then reinterpret verses to retrofit them post hoc to scientific discoveries?

They can't do that. They're still stuck in trying to figure out what's the big fuss about calculus.

Oh, don't get me started. You don't know how many times I've had to deal with the "infinity, therefore God" nonsense. Have you ever tried explaining Riemann sums -- or even just the concept of a limit -- to someone like this? I don't recommend it.
