True enough, religions, particularly Abrahamic religions, have refined the art of committing acts of oppression and labeling it "love." Their imitation of love does not impress me.

This was mostly a rhetorical question. The closest thing I came to finding it was in Wicca (though I didn't look at Eastern religions very closely). I don't expect it in any patriarchal society.
