EX: My grandma is against abortion. She is also a strict republican and against any kind of government assistance. She doesn't care what happens after the baby is born. She is a Pro-Birther.

Pro-choice, but only to a degree. I feel that if a child in the womb is past a certain age (say four months) then abortion should not be an option. Outside of that, it is the mother's body, and if she does not feel she can cope with the responsibility of a child, it may be better to abort it. Abortion is especially applicable in the case of rape.
