RE: XBox One sucks
All the new consoles suck; Some more than others but you're still a dirty peasant if you buy any of them.

If you're not supposed to ride faster than your guardian angel can fly then mine had better get a bloody SR-71.

What do you mean bring it back? It's in my living room as we speak Cool Shades

When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

I've always been a Nintendo kid. I found that the Wii was lacking good games given that I had just reached a more mature age by then, so it was a bit of a dry spell in terms of gaming. Now I see that the Wii U has caught up with my wants in gaming by having black ops 2 and watch dogs. Life is good Smile and it gets even better every time I see the two underdogs, xbox and playstation, battling each other for second place.

Underdogs? Surely you jest. Have you heard about the millions Nintendo has been losing? And you expect them to compete with a machine that was sorely outdated from the get-go and their atrocious approach to third party games?

I hate to break it to you, but Nintendo's days are numbered.

Why are they losing millions? I was unaware of that.

The Wii sold an additional 20 million units over xbox and also ps3 . I guess time will tell what's going to happen with the new generation of consoles. But hey, outdated graphics didn't stop them then, so why would that matter now, given that they have been raised decently anyways? And third party games... well it seems to me that it gets better and better with the Wii U. Another game I forgot to mention is the Assassin's Creed franchise.

Here's an article about their losses from the fiscal year of April 2011 to March 2012.

Here's one guy's take on what's wrong with Nintendo now.

Their future does seem bleak.

That second article was pretty insightful. I have mixed feelings relative to what they said. I think they're spot on when they call out Nintendo in all their stubborness to embrace change, because I felt that way with the Wii. It's true that they can also be a sort of wild card with their innovations, which sometimes don't do too well. But going from the Wii to Wii U, I can only see good things and a strong direction in terms of future titles.

Maybe I'm not the best person to discuss this with though, because my gaming habits are fairly casual. Despite a lack of more mature games in the Wii, I still didn't regret having bought it because Monster Hunter 3 kept me entertained. Now with solid franchises being released on the Wii U, I really have nothing to complain about.

My simple needs are being fulfilled in the areas of better games, better graphics and innovation (where the touchscreen has been mostly a good influence on the gaming experience).
