1 and 2 involve humans aggressing against you (and quite a few libertarians make an exception based on how infectious the virus is).

Most robberies are in mansions are they then? The bloke with the limo and armed security guard that escorts him from his place of employment or golf course to his gated community isn't the one about to get mugged. And the rich would be paying far more (though still the same proportion).

Sounds to me like you're describing the current state of affairs.

Why is that an important criteria?

I say medical care is a proper community function. My opinion is no less valid than someone who says otherwise unless someone can show me evidence otherwise.
