Yeah, I looked it up, not the one I was thinking of. In that one people come from the future and disrupt Godzilla's evolution. They also seed Gidorah's progenitors. The truly bad guys are two gaijin. There's also a gaijin robot who turns.

A lot of tension and dread, without all the badly overdone special effects that we see so much of today. And great performances by all cast members.  I recommend it.  It's one of the better horror movies I've seen in a while.
