The Last Movie You Watched
RE: The Last Movie You Watched
I watched a documentary about how they recorded the song "We Are the One" and it is a bit strange how they made the documentary only now when they had the footage for all these years. Bob Dylan perhaps stole the show as he was the ultimate misfit who just stood as a stiff during all these hours while others laughed and tried to have fun.

When they said that they didn't get paid, the cynic in me started thinking that it was all Michael Jackson's swindle because he had the rights to the song and he got all of the money, but who knows.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

American Fiction. Great movie but I don't understand what's the deal with his brother who is some sort of coke-sniffing junkie who is also super ripped, as if he spends three hours in the gym heavy lifting every day. I don't think these two things go together.

Season of the Witch with Nicolas Cage and Ron Hellboy Perlman. Some how I missed this movie when it came out, glad I found it.
It was better than most movies on the subject.

Went to see I.S.S. but wasn't overly impressed. It was a decent political thriller based on a shaky premise. We're supposed to believe a bunch of scientists are going to turn on each other at the command of some military jack-off instead of cooperating to stay alive? Decent idea in a bad setting.

Clearly you haven't spent much time around crackheads. They're oddly strong
