Since this is a discussion about bad cops, I would imagine the good ones wouldn't come up. If you want to talk about good cops, start a thread called Blessed Cops, and extoll their virtues.
The thing about a problem being as big as it is, is that the only way to fix it is by dragging them out for everyone to see. It's not nice. It's not pretty. How do you fix a corrupt system, except to hammer it into everyone's heads that many members of the police force are a bit psycho.

This is the second story I've heard about someone being killed by a taser. It's pretty bad when you find a way to kill someone with a tool meant to incapacitate. Shock him, cuff him, and you're done. yet they're electrocuting people to death.
