A criminal charge for handcuffing someone for fifteen minutes? Traumatizing? I guess I just come from a different generation. I wasn't handcuffed. I was beaten with a paddle.
I'm much more concerned about a parent who threatens to kill her child for not doing chores. Doing chores is supposed to be a lesson in responsibility. Not child slavery.
