Most of the Cops think they are super cool detective type of people.
"You see,i used to be a Cop.*nods head like a boss* It's kind of wired into me to be extremely attentive of my environment." Fucking imbeciles could get slapped on the face with Bin Laden's dick and still think it was just the wind. 
Now call me a cynic but I wonder how many bullets would have been fired if these two kids were black?
