Fucking Cops

The cop hitting that guy with the car really shocked me. Now a cop can hit you with a car? Suppose that guy did not fly over that wall? He would have been crushed so instead of trying to capture him the cop thought WTF I won't waste any time taking him in and reading him his rights, I will just try to kill him right now. I know I won't be held accountable, maybe I will even get a raise.

The guy did go on a crime spree, he set fire to a church and stole a rifle, which he then proceeded to point at himself and other police officers. It could have gone a lot worse than it did.

And I'm sure the police would have been blamed for handling it badly if that had happened. Is deadly force only justified if he was pointing the gun at you? He was acting irratic and there was no telling what he was gunna do. I think when you get to the point of walking down the street, rifle in hand, aiming at yourself and other people and shooting into the air, you kind of deserve to get by a car. I'm not going to insult your intelligence by believing that you believe what you just said. He was carrying a rifle. Is that commonplace in Arizona? Walking down the street with a rifle? How about holding it in your hands instead of some kind of holster? How about firing it in the air and aiming it at people? Is that normal too? The situation wasn't handled in the best of ways, but it could have been a lot worse. He could have killed people, he could have taken hostages, he could have set fire to more buildings.
