Cops pull over 100-car funeral procession for going too slow — and this LA family is outraged

And they were being escorted by cops!

The daughter of a woman who recently passed away is demanding an apology after a California Highway Patrol officer pulled over her funeral procession on an LA highway for traveling too slow, reports KTLA.


The funeral procession of about 100 cars was being escorted by a uniformed traffic escort on their way to to Forest Lawn Cemetery where Sandra Louise Behn-Capel was to be buried. According to her daughter, Rachel Behn-Humphrey, the officer said the procession was traveling too slow.

And they were being escorted by cops!

How is this even possible?

Different agencies.  One-hand-not-knowing-what-the-other-is-doing.  Part of the problem is that there are too many overlapping police agencies.


Then we have this.

A week after murdering him these Cleveland fuck-ups charged a 12 year old with "inducing panic" and "aggravated menacing."

(Again, he had a toy gun.)

The incident report is dated Nov. 29, 2014, a week after Rice was fatally shot by 26-year-old Officer Timothy Loehmann within two seconds of encountering him at a local park. Neither Loehmann nor 46-year-old Officer Frank Garmback, who also responded to the call, administered medical treatment immediately following the shooting.

The document lists a “facsimile firearm” as part of the case narrative. Loehmann killed Rice believing him to be carrying an actual weapon. However, emergency dispatchers were originally told that the Airsoft rifle the boy had with him at the time was “probably fake.” Footage from the scene also shows the officers handcuffing Rice’s sister.

And still....the fucking cops are "investigating."

Here's a couple of heroes in blue who attacked a handcuffed man inside his cell and fractured his skull.  Good thing there was video or this, too, would have be "justified."

Suggestion: be sure new officers receive instruction that people are subject to medical conditions which can impair their ability to respond to directions. Neither tasering nor pepper spray have been found effective in achieving compliance in a person suffering a stroke. Non responsiveness can actually be increased by brutality.
