Paul Bettany is awesome, I might check it out. I'm not usually a fan of period pieces or biopics, though.

I was just wondering, even if there wasn't a distributor in the US for the movie, you could still download the movie right? At least it's more accessible now

Of course. You can download anything. Someone in Britain will rip the DVD and it will be available to everyone, albeit, illegal.
I've been doing the best I can to avoid illegal downloading. I don't illegally download music anymore. I try to download only stuff that is not available in the US, making the legality of it mostly non-existent.

Respectable indeed. I can't say the same for myself though lol

In the long run it is the best way to increase production of things you like by voting for them with your dollars. Your activity also increases the GNP and strengthens the dollar, if you buy from an American distributor. If you buy from overseas you just increase our national debt by increasing our trade deficit. Yeah, I grew out of the "Wahhh, I don't have money, I'll just take it" Phase.
One of my best friend's is a musician and I see how she struggles to "make it" and makes me realize it's hypocritical of me to believe so fiercely in copyright when it comes to drawings and paintings, yet ignore it with music. Musicians have lives too and are just trying to "make it" and even if they have "made it", doesn't mean you can steal. I currently buy music from iTunes because it's cheaper and I don't use CD's anyway. Plus I like being able to purchase single songs. Edit: This is my 1,000th post. Whoo!
