This dude thinks the court of law is there for him to insulate him from any insults towards atheists.

First of all, and thankfully, hate speech is not illegal here, except in one specific instance in the work place and public schools.

Second, this guy is just a plain idiot. Truly an embarrassment to atheists out there. It's really sad when one of our own can make Ray Comfort look sane.

The ironic thing is that after he threatened Comfort with a lawsuit, the ministry started giving the bumper stickers out for free. It's yet another example of the Streisand effect; you try to censor something, and suddenly everyone wants (and gets) one.

The stupid thing about this is if he really can't stand the emails so much that he wants to file a lawsuit, he would be better off if he just got a new fucking email.
