After shaking someones hand, my brother always tells that person that he just had a piss and didn`t wash his hands.

It sucks then if you only have one testicle, because that's not a club you can really opt out of.

I think the real horror of the holocaust and Nazi Germany is to realize that millions of ordinary, good and moral people became participants in horrible evil without any consciousness that what they were doing was wrong.

If an ordinary German can become a horrible monster without realizing it, that means so can any of you.

Actually the suicide rate among the German soldiers assigned to the concentration camps was alarmingly high to German Command.

As I said before, I find it disgusting when people just change history as they please to justify their political causes.

According to QI, Hitler wasn't a vegetarian. Not that I'm citing them as a reliable source... or that they can't be wrong... but they must have had good reason to reject that claim.

As for Hitler's belief system... it changed during his life. Saying "Hitler was a ..." (insert belief system) is a bit of a mistake. He started as a Catholic and Christianity featured heavily in his life... but he was also into paganism and believed in mysticism. If he'd won WW2, I'm fairly confident that he'd have named himself a god, too. His belief systems changed. They never (that I've ever heard of) included atheism.

I've read that Hitler's personal cook was disgusted with the fact that he was a vegetarian. So he'd sometimes slip a little beef broth into a dish made for him.

Apparently it gave the Fuhrer a tummy ache every time.

OK. I'll leave that pencilled-in until I check for myself. Not that his vegetarianism (whether true or false) is the most demandingly interesting information about him. Tongue
