RE: Running
30 min recovery today. I'm really not good at this type of run - I find it hard to go slow. I realize that it is better to mix it up though, as not to get injuries from overtraining. Better to go slow than not at all, right?

I was a runner in high school. Cross country and track. Since then I go through phases. Phases of not running at all, and phases of running religiously every day.
