Spiders are butts. They think they can just come into your house uninvited and chill on your couch for some free Netflix. So rude.

Once in my twenties I met a fellow student in York, because despite us both living in the U.S. and not knowing the other would be in England he recognized by butt at over a hundred yards. His girl friend was embarrassed. My husband was amused. I had a sexy butt.
Spiders do not have sexy butts unless other spiders find them so.

I am in the Bar waiting for Tuesday Night Trivia to start! (I play twice a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays). I just ordered five chickenworths of wings, and am PUMPED.

I don't mind spiders. They are super important to the ecosystem. There's a brown recluse near my porch light that keeps the moths from barging in.
When I was stationed at MCAS Miramar, in the morning the tarantulas would come out off the scrub by the hundreds. When it was cold they were searching for warmth and they were super slow and lethargic. You could pick them up no problem. We would make little Plexiglas terrariums and keep them as pets.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Tarantulas are the worst...
... no actually, Huntsmans are.
They're all vile.
They are useful for keeping flies away, but I'd rather they did that outside and out of sight.
Secretly I'm actually fine now with the small common house spiders, because my Dad and Brother were always even bigger pussies than me so I had to catch them. It's just the big tropical ones I hate.

The nice thing about this here country is that there a virtually no dangerous spiders (to humans), so we can fully enjoy even our bigger arachnids without worrying too much.

That's completely not true.
Tarantulas lay eggs in your mouth while you sleep, of course.

Exactly. That's why I never sleep...
...ever again. Thanks.
