What's everyone up to right now?

I'm eating egg salad, and some coconut oil. Then I'm going to aim for 3 hours today. I can do this xD
My knee would self destruct if I ran for three hours.
I am sitting in class, dreaming of hamburgers, looking forward to whatever unhealthy monstrosity I am going to shove into my gullet in about an hour.

And exercise is actually good for a lot of physical problems. Unfortunately, running is terrible for your knees.
