I walked a couple miles around the park. Now I'm chilling at my parents house and drinking lots of decaf coffee, listening to Jazz records. Today I have listened to Andrew Hill - Point of departure, The Andrzej Trzaskowski Quintet, Grant Green - Idol Moments, Sun Ra - Lanquidity. Right now I am listening to The Dave Brubeck Quartet - Time Further Out. It's too cozy at my parent's house, I don't feel like leaving lol.

Wow, wow, wow. I am the stupidest piece of shit in the universe. A cute guy messages me on okcupid, good taste in music, good sense of style, likes good movies and good books. So I have to make an absolute ass of myself. After I told him a little bit about how I spent the day listening to jazz records, he thought that was pretty cool. Then I'm like "have you heard about the singularity?" No response. What a fucking surprise, I am no good at socializing what so ever. These dating websites are so incredibly fucking pointless. I mean yeah, he may respond eventually, but it really gets me when people don't respond after such a long time. Yeah, I mean what are you gonna do. Shoot I'm actually cold sweating.

Talking about the singularity isn't really a topic you can just segue merrily into, really. Stuff like that can be picked up with the flow of the conversation. Dating sites should be the realm of mainly small talk, getting a feel for the other person's personality, interests, etc. Stuff like that can be kept until...ooh, the second actual date, maybe? My experience in this area is a little limited, I admit.
