I think you're a valuable poster, in fact I even voted for you in the Member Awards, but if you trust the AF Staff so little, don't let the door hit'cha. These are extremely fair-minded individuals, and I am absolutely positive they didn't come to this decision lightly.
You are former staff, of course you would say that. Don't get me wrong most of the staff on this site are awesome and all but that doesn't stop them from abusing their power.

No, only discovered these forums nine days ago. Just extremely opinionated I guess, however already said in the other thread that I am refraining from getting involved in this discussion any further. I will not take my opinion back or apologise though.

Got a new toy, well, new to me. It's a 12 year old CD recorder, but it's one I've really wanted for a very long time. Unit was in good shape and at a good price. One drawback is the instruction manual. Oofda, Japanese, translated to Martian and then to English. And the folks writing the manual did not have a good grasp of what the machine can do, and how to organize the manual to facilitate that.
I have DVD recorders that are far easier to operate than this thing. Still, once I get past needing the manual, it will be fine.
Had a little bonus too, it could have been equipped with several different hard drives, or no hard drive at all. Lucked out, it came with the largest one the hardware will support. And it had some recordings on it, but wasn't full. I suspect the unit had very little use before I got it, it looks real sharp and well cared for.
They could have packed it a little better, but it came through well enough.
Cold out, nice to have something to do indoors.
