Another 400 images selected out of 1,000 more. I still haven't got selective, but the collections I'm sorting through are quite good in terms of quality. I'm just discovering for the first time the works of Edvard Munch, Marc Chagall, and Paul Klee, and am falling madly in love. I can't believe I've lived half a century and not seen these wonders. I've also deepened my appreciation of Salvador Dali and Van Gogh immensely.

One of the funniest things that happened to me. I was in Tampa Florida for business but I had had to fly in a day early. I had nothing to do so I thought I would explore what Tampa had to offer - to be honest not with much expectation.

Anyway I picked up a leaflet from the hotel and there was an advertisement for the Dali Museum.

Basically all his most famous work under one roof. Absolutely astonishing. I spent almost the entire day there just gazing at one awesome canvas after another - and some of them are HUGE.

I have always been a fan of Dali - its just sad that everything he did of note he did before he was 23. It was all downhill after that.
