That's a charming euphemism
The fool hath said in his heart, There is a God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.

Are you talking about 'Men at work', the band?
Cause I saw them live in 86. Even had backstage passes.
They were really popular at the time.
I was in grade 10. :-)

Just got back from the library. I'll be reading The God Delusion for the first time. I hope it isn't underwhelming. If so, I've also got The Greatest Show On Earth.

This brisket has my whole house smelling incredible. I made my own dry rub. Another hour and I'll carmelize some sauce on the grill.
Oh baby.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Both good books.
Greatest show is better though, I reckon.

Yes. Back then, I'd listen to new age and smooth jazz, because that's what my peers' parents would listen to. But nowdays, I am taking an interest in what I probably "should have been" listening to at that time.
Frankly, I've never even been to a mainstream concert. So, that's pretty neat.

Yeah, it's a...blank canvas. Yeah.
Had a dead battery in my truck earlier, Kitty came to my rescue, then we went over and did some measuring for window treatments and such. Went to the home improvement store and picked out some chips for accent colors. The walls are kind of a beige and I'm thinking taupe or burgundy for accent walls in the main living area.
Busy day.
