Emergency backup auxiliary cat #2 collapsed in his little bed and got to the eyes rolled up back into his head stage so quickly I thought he really did die.

I threw an empty plastic Snapple bottle at him.

He did flinch, but not much.

Jesus, this cat could be a fucking pillow for all the effort I see him putting out these days.

It's hard to be mad at him, he is just an absolutely gorgeous cat. I suppose I should be happy he isn't destroying the place.

But, jeez, Louise, he's just an inert blob 98% of the time now. I'm afraid he's going to get bed sores.

Got moved back into my regular apartment today. I have 16 plastic totes I have to get unpacked within 3 days. I did 12 today, so I think I'm good. They redid the layout of my apartment and I lost a ton of space. The bedroom is 1/3 smaller and the bathroom is twice the size of the old, but who needs a big bathroom? Anyway, the furniture that I had in the bedroom doesn't really fit. I was planning on getting rid of it and replacing it with a plain dresser anyway, but now it's become an urgent necessity. And I can't throw anything out right now because the dumpsters are full from other tenants going through the same move process that I went through this past month.

Ah well. So after working up a sweat unpacking, I go to hop in the shower.... and the shower doesn't work. Not enough water pressure. *sigh* And it's too late to get it fixed today. Grrrrrr.
