See I can't do that. I can trill one single R for like a soft single roll (which is about as much as Maltese people do I think, I'm half Maltese), but I can't hold a full long hard rrrrrrrrrrrrrroll.
I hate that I can't as well because I love it when I hear it.

hehehehehe
Say a normal R.
Flip the tip of your tongue up (the rest of the tongue should need to move a tiny bit to the front, too).... let air flow through and make that tip move up and down like crazy.
Keep practicing....
Remember, babies need some 3 years to get that R right.... you should hear my oldest trying to say FORD, with a portuguese accent. Should sound like FÓR, with the R trilled.... the kid sounded like "fod"... which becomes dangerously close to our word for "fuck"

I have a mouth ulcer on my tongue right now (ouch) which makes it impossible hard, but eh, I'll practice
If I mastered the tongue pop I'm sure I can do a rolled R
Btw I love how one gif with some Portuguese words in it sparked and ongoing 12 hour conversation about Portuguese, lmao

Just spent 30 mins looking for a leak on an engine head. Had to dunk the damn thing in a tank of water to find it.
Tiny little fucker. Let's hope no more of those fall out.

Just heard that Kimbo Slice died. That's a damn shame. I had a soft spot for that guy. :-(

Meanwhile, there seems to be a bit of a strong man competition going on in the room above my head. Sounds like they are doing the keg toss.
