$700/month grocery bill!?!!??!! O.o
WoW!
That seems like a lot... but mine are still in the pre-teen phase... so... that's still to come.
Yep...
Let's see... a 12 y.o. son who can put away four pb and jelly sandwiches for lunch
a 13 y.o. daughter who can eat an entire box of mac and cheese on her own
a 14 y.o. son who can eat half a box of pasta on his own for lunch and still be hungry and.....
my other half who can out eat everyone with two large pizzas.
Yeah... They are all skinny too. They eat and I gain the weight

I think I spot your problem...
pb and jelly sandwiches not a lunch make.
Boxes of ready food become expensive, if used daily...
My advice: teach them how to cook!

Checking out this TEFL course to get qualified to teach English abroad
I'd love this opportunity for both an idea of what teaching is like and travel at the same time

You'd be needed in Tennessee.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

Got invited out to a festival after my nap. Had a fantastic time
Had to explain how a banana split is not murder to one of my friends though (She's diabetic, so she gets drunk really really bad, real quickly (

I'm needed where I live tbh. English teachers are apparently in very short supply, judging by the state of things.

Maybe one day.
I've driven to Philadelphia. From Georgia. And back in a weekend. Just for Phillies.
Yes, Army road trips can be quite silly. Especially when you've got a buddy who's jonesin' for a taste of home.
It takes ten hours to get from York, PA to Bridgeport, Alabama. I've driven that three times now

And apparently we're "lazy"...
This just in... from a guy lodging in our house who has not worked a single day in the 6 months since he arrived... whose daily routine is to sit on his ass until 11AM, go wherever he goes during the day and then come home drunk shouting like a lout.
But we're "lazy"? Ok
This is a pathetic 50-something year old parasite, sponging off a recently widowed woman who needs to wake the fuck up to what he's doing.

If that asshole called me lazy just once and he's not earning a pension, he would hear a bunch of words, loudly. Fuck that, Yeaux. Time to put that infamous sass to use.
