Just got off the phone with my Mom--her house is directly in the path of Hermine. It's build to withstand up to 120 mph winds though and she said Hermine is only supposed to get up to 70 mph so she's fine. Still, I didn't even know there was a hurricane headed toward her until a few minute ago. Guess I should watch the news more.
