I feel pretty meh about chicken like Jorm seems to. But it seems like it's everywhere here in America, so it's like the default non-red protein.

Did my first 3 mile run in like 2 years last night, feeling ecstatic. My legs are still tight, but in a good way.
Going to do the same run a couple more times over the next week or so and aim for a better time, before moving onto 5 miles
