I just cut a bit on lunch-time fries and added some extra salad... One of the perks of working in a university is that there a few cafeterias available that serve decent food at a low price... dessert costs extra, so I don't do desserts.
Then there's a mid-afternoon snack...which is usually just a piece of bread and an apple or a banana... Then dinner...sleep...breakfast...lunch...snack...dinner...etc etc etc.
Mediterranean meals are also mostly great for your health, so....win, win, win!

Also, genes help.

Had a nice lunch of asian noodles with peanut butter, soy sauce, sri racha, shrimp and green beans mixed in.
