It's never a good sign when you're not looking forward to your own work out... :/

I've been doing a 6.5km(4 mile) walk home every work day for the last year... People have noticed results, even if I feel the same...the scale also noticed results... Some 4kg (9lbs) lost...out of a non-chubby frame...not bad, I think.

I'm hungry. Every day I face a war: eat as little as possible to try and shed some of my fat ass, or enjoy delicious food. There are skirmishes all throughout the day that further exhaust me - one of those being exercising while hungry. It makes me grouchy.

The state I live in has a standard formula for establishing child support. It's because of my income. Only three years and 8 months left - then I get to pay for college. Tongue
