Get some melatonin. It's super cheap, should be able to get it at Tesco. 3mg is enough. Take one an hour before you want to sleep, you'll get back in sync in no time.

Chug a couple of redbulls and stay awake all day and then sleep when night comes.

I'm not sure how much that would help because I already drink caffeine all day every day in the form of Pepsi Max... so I think I'm pretty much immune to its keeping awake effects. But thanks for the suggestion Smile I did used to do that quite often with Red Bull, especially at college. Now the usual method is either 'the push'... try and push it round a few hours each day until I'm back in sync or more recently the pull; just lie in bed in a dark room even if I don't sleep and therefore essentially fake it till I make it.

Nope  Blush That's part of the problem... in the sense that I've recently got into streaming... Netflix etc... and have never before had TV this 'on demand' before. So it's turning out to be quite irresistable... so I'm going to have to be disciplined I think and not allow myself to watch it after a certain time.

If that's a sleeping pill, I've hardly ever used them in my life (Nytol's etc). I just don't have any faith in them to shut up the chattering monkey that is my mind when it's full of ideas at night. But thanks for the suggestion... I don't know what that is, so I will look into it Smile
