Made stuffing. Not the worst ever, but could have done with half the water and 1/4 the butter.

Just got back from a night at the Symphony (act II of Wagner's Tristan und Isolde).  I had a coupon for a prize draw, and won a season ticket seat upgrade -- For the rest of the shows I'll be in section 1, nice and close to the stage.  Every year I've been sneaking closer and closer, buying better tickets as I could afford them.  If the trend continues, by 2018 I'll be on the stage. Studying while listening to some Mozart. I feel posh as phuck

I do find classical music helps me study though, it's uplifting

The old Ludwig van helps me with his piano sonatas. Or, specifically, the Band of Brothers OST. That shit has gotten me through some thick books.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

I work with baroque or renaissance music. Ludwig van demands a bit too much attention...
