Just made my very first trip from home to work on my bicycle, during a work day.
Took a little less than 40 minutes... less than if I had taken the bus. yay!
Distance traveled: 7.66km.
Duratjion: 36:42
Average speed: 12.5km/h.

Going uphill in this city seems to never end!
I hope that the other way is much more downhill.

Ah... I've heard bad stories... but I stayed in sidewalks and bike paths, so it' safe. There was a bit that I had to get on the road, because there were parked cars on the sidewalk... not cool, but I took my precautions and it worked out well enough.

At school. The salon isn't open on Mondays so I decided that if I had to be here, I was taking a pain pill. I'll probably just curl up in the back of the classroom and go to sleep. I'm supposed to be on the salon floor working on a mannequin, but fuck it. It was enough that I made it in today.
