I'm looking at fried chicken recipes and now I am hungry.  

I also found out that us Scots were the first Europeans to fry chicken in fat too.

Europeans maybe.

My people been deep frying chicken since the Eocene.

The first dish known to have been deep fried was fritters, which were popular in the Middle Ages. However, it was the Scottish who were the first Europeans to deep fry their chicken in fat (though without seasoning). Meanwhile, a number of West African peoples had traditions of seasoned fried chicken (though battering and cooking the chicken in palm oil). Scottish frying techniques and West African seasoning techniques were combined by enslaved Africans and African-Americans in the American South. Prior to the Second World War, fried chicken was often very expensive and was only enjoyed on special occasions. In the late 1900s and early 2000s, however, fried chicken has been mass-produced and the price of the dish has gone down significantly.

I'm on holidays. I was going to head up to Mackay this week.
It's a comfortable 12 hr drive.
Anyway, it's been flooding in Queensland (and three other states) and if I leave now I'll just get stuck for a day, half way there.
So I'm going next week now.
Hopefully I'll get some good picks of the carnage up the coast.

I'm watching videos from the Black Ops and Battlefield 3 days. They were some awesome games and I have a lot of good memories playing them online with friends. It's just a damn shame they are overrun with hackers now.

Not because I have anything against it, just that I don't want to do it.

Fair enough answer. I could take it or leave it. I get high maybe a few times a year now. And I have to be in a lot of pain to get me to that point.

I don't like this practice.
The chances are that the cat is getting a much bigger hit.
What if it gets paranoid or gets outside where the cars are.
Chased by a dog.
Aaaarrrggghh, it's killing my heart just thinking about it. :-(
