Had a cooking rant when I got home from work (details in cooking thread) and then took my clarinet and went out to a jam session to give it a try. Aside from the fact I had to transpose up a whole tone (e.g. if song is in E I have to play in F#), it was fun and I'd do it again.

My left ear is blocked and I can't hear a thing. I think I need a trip down to the pharmacy

"Ironically like the nativist far-Right, which despises multiculturalism, but benefits from its ideas of difference to scapegoat the other and to promote its own white identity politics; these postmodernists, leftists, feminists and liberals also use multiculturalism, to side with the oppressor, by demanding respect and tolerance for oppression characterised as 'difference', no matter how intolerable." - Maryam Namazie (June 16, 2017 at 11:51 am)Regina Wrote: My left ear is blocked and I can't hear a thing. I was a born-again christian for many years then I got woke.. and now life is better in so many ways. It's taking me time to see my value and find my voice, but the reward is liberating knowing my path is not dictated or controlled by fear of death and the unknown. Casting off the shackles of religion is pretty fucking awesome. The beautiful people I've met on this forum have more heart and compassion than any group of people I've been apart of. So back off Jesus and followers, because this bitch is done with Chu.

I think I need a trip down to the pharmacy I like a little warm water and Hydogen Peroxide. Lay on your side with a towel around your neck/head. Use a bulb syringe (one of those baby nose suckers, they're cheap) to pour a little bit in your ear, and let it bubble away for like 15 mins. Repeat as necessary.
"There remain four irreducible objections to religious faith: that it wholly misrepresents the origins of man and the cosmos, that because of this original error it manages to combine the maximum servility with the maximum of solipsism, that it is both the result and the cause of dangerous sexual repression, and that it is ultimately grounded on wish-thinking." ~Christopher Hitchens, god is not Great

If I even get water in my ears in the shower I get an ear infection every time.

I was setting up a new online forum and I'm very happy about it. Besides, I was working on illustrated novels writing. Now I'm working on architectural designs that I'd publish on my personal website. Of course, I'm also internet-surfing and conversing on several atheist forums.

The American Academy of Audiology calls ear candling ineffective and dangerous. I'll stick with Murine/Hydrogen Peroxide, thanks.
