Thanks for the advice everyone. I went out and got something for it today, the chemist seemed to think it was related to blocked airways as I have a minor cold, so he gave me this nasal spray (not sure if that's going to help, but I'll try it)

lol Yes fire is great. Its not that scary Apple cider vinegar can help with ear clog too because its fuckin amazing! I hate water in my ears too.

I can tolerate water in my ears, oddly. I don't like it obviously, but it's not so bad
I did try really rinsing my ears in the shower though... which didn't do anything at all. I avoid those cotton wool buds like the plague. My Dad used to use them and he ended up fucking up his ears
