Went on a brewery tour this afternoon, then came home and prepared a fancy dinner for Canadian Thanksgiving. We had roast duck, gravy, cranberry orange sauce, yams, and pumpkin bread pudding.

Took KG to urgent care and got myself a flu shot while I'm waiting for her.

Pumped that the Thorns are going to the NWSL final, but still really irritated that the better game of the semi-finals was the one I wanted as the final - and it was a pretty fucking great game!
Tobin Heath was on fire the whole game - her first start of the season was in the semi-finals! And Meghan Klingenbeg looks like she's wanting to move into a striker position with a couple of the shots she was trying! A damn fine game! The North Carolina v Chicago game was a slog - slow, no one was playing that well, low scoring, generally not exciting, and NC won.  If NC win the playoffs too then they will simply be insufferable.
