No I'm not okay. I seriously jackedup my knee last week. I ignored it and now I'm in a lot of pain.

Well...they managed to get an xray. Still haven't been taken back to be checked. Sitting here without pain meds. I'm highly uncomfortable.

I honestly do not know what I did. I don't remember twisting it or bending wrong. I'm just as baffled as anyone else.

LOL I was the opposite - I had jacked it so many times over the prior several years that nobody could really be sure when what happened.

Well I herniated my C5-C6 that ended up needing surgery.

All because I picked up an empty laundry basket.

Getting old is over rated.
Just got my blood taken. They gave me a shot of Toradol and will be doing an ultrasound on my knee.
It's almost midnight. No telling when I'll be done here.
