Erm, I'm up at 2am on here, can't sleep, so I'm reading through some threads trying to make my eyes tired.
hmmm... I'm up at 3am on here and i can't sleep too ...... it's funny

I've just been over to my brother's house and picked up some plants, some wood and a bit of old fence.

That blue color on the monitor is doing in your sleep cycle. Find an application that gradually lowers the intensity and shifts the colors to the redder end of the spectrum. I used it and would fall asleep in front of the computer.
f.lux is a good one
