I'm supposed to entertain guests tonight. Boring people, strong theists, always argue with each other, drink bud lite, and flame when an opinion contradicts their own.
So, why are they invited? They're not. They just called and said they're coming. Maybe I should open the door in undies and have a cardboard Bill Maher sitting on the sofa.
Get extremely drunk before they arrive. It might help if you could vomit, too.

Just watched the third part of a four part documentary on Allexander the Great. There was a quote about Alexander that I may steal as a tagline. "She was a very violent woman, with no regard for human life, who was said to be melancholy mad."

Trying to post, but at the end completely deleting what I want to say.
Waking up to another day of Sochi. Depressing, ugly Sochi, Russia. Sochi, with its yellow tap water. Sochi, with its toilets that cannot process toilet paper, which goes into trash cans. Sochi, with its American skier who was tearfully upset after getting a bronze.
Farmer's market at some point. Gotta get an anniversary gift for the 'rents.
