Eating a breakfast of refried black beans with Heinz' Memphis BBQ sauce. I bought a bunch of beans and some BBQ sauces this week, but wasn't paying particularly close attention, and bought two cans of refried beans by mistake. So I'm eating them first, just to get rid of them. I'm like that, I go from the things I like least to the thing I like most when I eat. Some people do the opposite. Oddly enough, I've never been much for delayed gratification otherwise.

Finally got the 14w amp kit Dad ordered last week for the Vaux amp we’ve been trying to build, because this one is actually designed for guitar.

And because we plan to use the AC-Tone Preamp (which has its own tone stack) we plan to find ways to bypass the existing tone stack on the amp. Here’s the schematic:

Also, just for kicks, I’m trying to replicate stock tonestack provided with the amp with the Tone Stack Calculator app to see how it’d work, and am finding an equivalent for everything but RIN and RL. Maybe if someone else can show me the light.

My clothes are dusty and I got a bump on my forehead from a particularly vicious piece of plaster, but dammit, I finished all the demolition I needed to do before tomorrow's dump run. Clap Clap 

I'm going to relax for a while and then go for a shopping-and-snackies run.
